It's not rude as long as you are good friends with the referees. If you don't know or haven't fought against them once in ji geiko, then you can't ask them, instead ask your sensei or your senpai, if they saw your shiai.

The point there is to learn from the mistakes. Every shiai is like an experience given from every kenshi.
