Thank you for the response it was helpful, and you are right I do not have a teacher.

Kendo-Guide.Com: You're welcome! Make sure that you follow a good kendo instruction available. Please don't try a lot of different things from different instructors from books or internet.

Choose one and stick to him/her. And communicate with them. They have their instructions available to the public so they have responsibilities to take care of their "remote" students as well.
