Kendo-Guide.Com: OK. You might have your left heel too high. It sounds like. And also if you don’t push your body forward with the back foot, i.e. you are pulling your body forward with the front leg, it will make you look like you are jumping.
So I do not think it is about the flat feet. It is about how you are shifting your weight when moving.
