All Eastern US Kendo Federation?

It seems that dojos in MA are part of the All Eastern US Kendo Federation, but this federation has no website, just a person’s email address. And I can't find any information about it, whereas other regional federations, like the Eastern US Kendo Federation, do have websites, info about joining, etc...

Does the All Eastern Federation still exist, and if yes how can I find info about becoming affiliated (besides emailing), or are New England dojos now affiliated with a different regional federation?
