The AEUSKF does exist. I'd rather not go into the history of why we have so many and such an overlapping set of regional kendo federations. The AUSKF dojos are listed at

I believe the contact for the AEUSKF is Kataoka sensei instructor at NYC kendo. That's probably the e-mail address you're referring to.

The existence or non-existence of a website for a regional kendo federation is more a reflection on whether or not someone web-savvy in that federation is willing to volunteer to buy a domain and set up a site.
