I have had shoulder troubles for a while now also. I went to my physical therapist and the trouble went away after 4 months of therapy.
Now I experience only one shoulder problem and proper resting and stretching help so much. Also I experienced pain on the bottom of my left foot (plantar fasciitis) and proper resting and stretching help there too. The key is to know when to give it a break, and stretch, stretch, stretch~!!!!
Kendo-Guide.Com: Thank you for sharing your experience! One thing that I notice is that we have to keep working on to make and MAINTAIN a good condition of our body. It does not matter if we are healthy or not, if we don’t maintain our body in a proper manner eventually our body will fall apart.
