Poor arm/leg coordination
Just noticed that my arms/leg coordination is not that good, how can I fix this?
I cannot tell you exactly how because I cannot tell how actually bad your arm/leg coordination is.
So I will give you general tips.
Do the movements (whatever you are doing) slowly until your body remembers the movements.
Many want to strike/move fast and they do so even when they are not ready. That leads to the bad coordination.
- Slow first, fast later.
- Big first, small later
