How to keep going even when you're mentally and physically exhausted?

I'm 16, I'm relatively unfit, and I have asthma. I get tired during our two hour intense practise, which causes me to become sloppy and make a lot of mistakes, and I'm worried that these will become bad habits. I'm not sure how to keep going despite my exhaustion without becoming sloppy and using incorrect techniques.

Answer: Thank you for your question and sorry about the late reply. I thought I replied to you.

Take a rest when you need to. You have a medical condition so you should not push yourself too hard. And when you get tired, you will lose focus so you will increase the possibility of getting hurt. Of course, you should challenge yourself in every training session. Step by step, you will increase your stamina if you keep training.

Do some cardio so you will gradually increase your physical endurance. But the first thing you should do is to talk to your doctor about what you should be doing.
