How kendo helped change my life.

Before I started kendo I was quite shy and got nervous/stressed quite easily.

After practicing kendo for a while I started to notice numerous benefits such as being more fit, being more resilient and being able to stay calm and level headed in stressful situations like tests, interviews etc., and most importantly kendo was fun.

It was a way for me to relax after a stressful week. I'm really glad I started kendo.
