I'm trying to write a book with a Kendo instructor. Could you tell me if you have anything you do before every class, or what it's like to teach it?

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. You had some great insights about the proper attitude for teachers.

I am a student teacher working in a public school, and it seems like this philosophy really applies to all areas of teaching.  We are all learners! It also makes me wish all the more that I had a dojo in my province.
