* The First Time Fumikomi at Kendo Video Download

Before this video, I made two videos in terms of fumikomi. Now that indicates that fumikomi is one of the hardest movements in kendo and everyone has some kinds of problems with fumikomi.

This video shows step-by-step approach to fumikomi. I hope this helps you with fumikomi together with other videos.

Several articles were posted since the last Kendo-Guide.Com Newsletter.

* How to Choose a Shinai

Many people did not know there was a standard shinai length and weight. So if you do not know what length and weight your first shinai should be, you may find the article useful.

* Meikyo-Shisui

This is how we should keep our mind. Do you know what this means? I think this phrase will help you a lot if you are having a hard time to grasp how you should keep your mind.
