I want to try to do pump aerobics to enhance my physical abilities to perform better kendo. Or do lifting with small weights and big amount of repeating. The majority of my kendo-partners think that there is no necessity in it.
What is your opinion? Will it be useful for my kendo? Maybe you can advise anything else?
Answer: Personally, I think they are all effective. Since I am not an expert in this area, I do not know how much effective and how you should do those exercises.
