How to stand up with shinaï from seiza stance ?

How to stand up with shinaï from seiza stance?

Could you describe this movement from seiza stance?

I don't remember when I must to take the shinai and stand up from seiza stance.

Answer: From seiza, you must pick up your shinai and place it in the tai-to position. Once your shinai is in the tai-to position, the right knee comes up, and stand up. When you are completely up, lower your sword to the sage-to position from the tai-to position.
