When I cut men I sometimes twist to the right. I do not realise I am doing this so how can I remedy this bad habit?
Thank you for your question. Do you twist your body to your right? Do you mean that your body becomes side on i.e. the left side of your body is left behind?
If so, you should have the distance closer and try to maintain your body straight when striking. First, you should concentrate on maintaining your body posture while striking and then learn how to strike from a distance.
