How's it going? It is April. In Japan, we consider April as the beginning of the year, well it is a new fiscal year.

Schools and works begin the new year. Students meet new class mates and teachers, maybe. New graduates go to their office for the first time and so on.

New year, new mind-set!

I have purchased a book and DVD for exercises without equipment. Not the one you always see on infomercial!

I will let you know if it is any good or not.
