No time like the present

If you have access to the proper instruction and equipment (I feel at least) there is no reason to not get started. I'm an adult student of Kendo and I started when I was 21 years old.

I have met people who started even later than myself. The person who introduced me to Kendo was 31 (now 50's) when he started Kendo. Kendo is great for anyone of any age. I know the technical description of Kendo calls it competitive but I feel competition is not why we pursue Kendo unrelentingly. I'm sure you’ll find a world of self-exploration through Kendo.

Kendo-Guide.Com: Thank you for sharing your experience and story! Yeah, kendo is for everyone. If you have a good instructor, then go for it!
