Poor arm/leg coordination

by Soyuz

Just noticed that my arms/leg coordination is not that good, how can I fix this?

Answer: I cannot tell you exactly how because I cannot tell how actually bad your arm/leg coordination is.

So I will give you general tips.

Do the movements (whatever you are doing) slowly until your body remembers the movements.

Many want to strike/move fast and they do so even when they are not ready. That leads to the bad coordination.

  1. Slow first, fast later.

  2. Big first, small later

These are the secret of learning kendō.

Hope this helps.
