Also useful for kendo

Thank you, very informative. And also useful for kendo in those cases when training is finished and somebody standing wants to talk to a person who is folding his/her hakama sitting in seiza for example.

Kendo-Guide.Com: You?re very welcome! It is a very good idea to practice that in daily training, although you?re not in Japan.

When I see my students talking to a sensei or sitting in seiza but the students are standing, I tell them to sit in seiza.
