by Jpier
(Antony France)

Hi Sensei Hiro,

I'm a French specialist of any pain. I'm an ETIOPATHE. You can see what I practice on www.etiopathie.com. If you describe me about your pain, I’ll try to find a way to help you.

Hope to read you next

Best regards

Answer: Thank you very much for your message. To avoid unwanted emails to your gmail, I changed @ mark to /at/.

After MRI, the diagnosis I got was

- Grade I anterolisthesis L5 on S1 secondary to chronic bilateral L5 pars fractures.
- Degenerative changes at L2-L3 and L3-L4 without nerve root impingement.

And also my back doesn’t have good S curve. My first back pain was when I was 15. And I had one fracture when I was 17. And I had back spasm several times before this time (October 2015).

I am not sure what triggers pains but I know I cannot sit or stand for a long time.

After all years of having abused my body, things get really complicated. I’ve been working on strengthening the core muscles and reprograming how I should use my body.

Thank you again for your kind offer!
